Condo Culture – The Platform at Station Park

Condo Culture engaged me to lead the creative development of a premium marketing piece for a new condominium development they were bringing to market. While a logo and an initial brand direction had been established, I was responsible for translating those early elements into a cohesive and elevated visual presentation that would resonate with investors and key stakeholders.

I designed a comprehensive lookbook that combined high-end visual styling with clear, informative content to communicate the vision, lifestyle, and investment potential of the development. The piece was produced as a professionally printed publication for distribution to stakeholders and investors, while also being adapted into a digital format for online engagement.

Working closely with the Condo Culture team, I refined the design to achieve a sleek, sophisticated aesthetic aligned with the positioning of the development. The lookbook has since served as a foundational marketing asset for the project, informing additional materials including social media content and investor sell sheets, and helping establish a consistent visual narrative across the campaign.
